Central Land Development Sdn. Bhd. a member of KTS Group of companies. It was incorporated in Sarawak under the Companies Ordinances of Sarawak on 17th April 1980 as a private company.

The Principal business of the company is in property development. Over the thirty years the company has successfully undertaken many major commercial and residential projects in Sarawak, and has a successful & impressive portfolio.

Central Land Development is constantly planning and developing new communities to enhance the lifestyles of the modern family.
